We had a great stay at this hip new hotel. The room was reasonably large with comfortable beds and climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Appreciated the location in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was near restaurants.

Four Points By Sheraton excelled in cleanliness and service. Kennedy at the front desk was sweet and professional. the gym had a wide range of equipment, and the pool was well-maintained. the lovely common area, spacious rooms, and helpful staff enhanced my stay. Comfy beds and a quiet location make it a delightful choice for returning.

This hotel was great value for money and delivered an exceptional experience. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating, and the premises were exceptionally clean. The gym was especially impressive, having an extensive range of equipment which was well maintained. The spacious and clean rooms were a bonus, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The hotel also had a large free parking lot and a luxurious indoor pool which was well stocked with towels, showers and toilets.

One significant downside was that there was a lack of clarity regarding breakfast options. Some guests were under the impression that breakfast was included in the room rate, but were disappointed when they found out that it was only for a select number of high-paying customers.

Had a great stay here and definitely planning to return! My room had climate control, which kept me comfortable, and a convenient couch bed where I could relax 😊.
